Follow up ! Ntico Logistics reinforce its relation with historical customers

Each year, we visit our GXO customers to review our maintenance contract

This week, we toured in England and met some of our longest-standing customers. Those visits allow us to introduce the new team, but above all, to review the maintenance results as well as ongoing and upcoming optimisation projects

Every year is the occasion for our customers to run a large reshuffling to improve productivity. A warehouse is indeed a constantly moving environment, which needs to adapt to constant evolution, new item references, new technologies and new ideas.

Those on-site visits are privileged sharing moments for Ntico Logistics and our customers. They allow to step back, better anticipate any changes and strengthen our partnership.

First stop : Tamworth

To visit a GXO Warehouse, logistics supplier for a major British grocery retailer. Our team had the chance to go round the premises and gained a deeper understanding of its logistical constraints. It uncovers new optimisation opportunities which are now being implemented

Second stop : Northampton !

In a frozen goods site, audited in 2024 and currently undergoing re-layout. This visit enabled us to validate the relevance of our solution for this warehouse and to further strengthen our relationship.

Final stop : Milton Keynes...

 

At another grocery retailer’s site, we observed the latest developments and left with fresh ideas to reshuffle and new objectives to achieve.
