In 2024, we improve our added value by supporting our customers in their project, going beyond the picking path optimisation, with concrete impacts.

Concrete impact for customers
Our optimisations reduce in 2024 the number of stops by 164 000 stops (-20 % on global compared to historical situations), representing a considerable operational gain.
👉 But what is a stop ?
A stop is the moment when a picker stops to pick one or multiple SKU. On average we estimate that one stop cost approximately 5 seconds (to slow down and speed up again)
Thus, the reduction of 164 000 stops means :
820 000 seconds saved,
The equivalent of 28 FTE in stopping time only
Our approach consists in playing with co-occurrence of SKUs, that allows to pick multiple references within one stop. Results : less slow downs, more fluidity and, in fine, more time dedicated to effective picking.
